Low-calorie diet from which fish were excluded. Aimed at people who can not or do not want to consume this product. The menu is based mainly on lean dairy products, poultry and a large amount of vegetables and fruits. By reducing the amount of calories consumed, it leads to a negative energy balance and thus to a decrease in body weight.
