The gluten-free and lactose-free box diet is intended for people with particular sensitivity to gluten and lactose in food. In our menus we use naturally gluten-free cereals (buckwheat, corn, rice, etc.), plant-based dairy alternatives (vegetable drinks, tofu, etc.) and lactose-free dairy products.
We make every effort to separate the technological processes of preparing meals and maintain a high awareness of the team of chefs. Nevertheless, it is unlikely that trace amounts of gluten will appear in the dishes, so we do not recommend this diet in the case of severe allergy to gluten or celiac disease.
The gluten-free and lactose-free box diet is dedicated to people with hypersensitivity to both of these ingredients. It contains no gluten-containing products (may contain traces of gluten) and no lactose-containing dairy products. In the diet you will find lean meat, fish, vegetables and fruits, nuts, groats, lactose-free dairy products or their plant substitutes and gluten-free bread or groats. A gluten-free and lactose-free diet can be helpful as a support for thyroid disease treatment.

The gluten-free and lactose-free diet is available in five calories: 1000, 1200, 1500, 1800 and 2000 kcal. Thanks to this, you can use it both during weight loss and weight gain. It all depends on the choice of the right calorie variant.
The gluten-free and lactose-free box diet set consists of five balanced meals, i.e. breakfast, 2nd breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner. This solution means that you no longer have to compose your menu, prepare additional dishes or calculate calorific values. We'll do all these things for you! Why the box diet?
