Dietary catering without gluten and dairy products

The gluten-free and dairy-free box diet is intended for people with special nutritional needs.The menu is dominated by vegetables and fruits, lean meat, fish, gluten-free cereal products, as well as plant-based dairy substitutes, i.e. tofu, yoghurts and plant-based drinks. 

It is unlikely that there will be trace amounts of gluten in the dishes, so we do not recommend this diet in case of severe allergy to gluten or celiac disease.

Dietary catering without gluten and dairy is a diet for people with hypersensitivity to both of these ingredients. We have eliminated dairy and eggs from the menu, which is why this nutritional program can be used by people with reduced lactose tolerance, as well as people with allergies to milk proteins or eggs.
